Shipping Information

• UPS Ground shipping is free on all orders within the United States. If you prefer faster delivery, we offer 3 Day Select and Overnight shipping for an additional charge. Beautiful People does not offer weekend delivery. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
• An email with tracking information with be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our Los Angeles office. 
• Overnight orders must be received by 1pm PST Monday - Thursday and can possibly be delayed due to credit or address verification.

• Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are processed within 48 hours of receipt. All orders received after 1pm PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

• Shipping and processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
• Prices displayed on the website do not include tax. Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipping to California.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, the cost to reship with be charged to you. Once an order is delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
• We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
